Step 1: Find Your Back Size

  1. Place a tape measure around your back, just under your bust. Use a mirror to ensure the tape is parallel to the floor.
  2. Pull the tape tightly around your body. Remember, that a bra will stretch when worn, but the tape won’t.
  3. Use the Back Size table to calculate what size you need.

Don’t be surprised if your back size is smaller than you thought. The most common fit mistake is wearing bras that are too big in the back and too small in the cup. It is important to have a snug band, as this is where all your support comes from.

Step 2: Find Your Cup Size

  1. Place the tape measure straight across your back and loosely measure the fullest part of your bust. Use a mirror to make sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
  2. Repeat the step above a couple times until you get a consistent number.
  3. Count the difference in inches between your back and your bust measurements.
  4. Use the Cup Size Table to find your size.
