The more you wash your bras the longer they will last. Hand washing every 1-3 wears is recommended in order to remove oils that eventually breakdown elastic. Fill your sink with tepid water and lightly rub a mild soap into the garment. Let soak for 5-10 minutes, rinse and hang to dry.
