How do I find my correct bra size?

How do I care for my Fortnight bra?

The more you wash your bras the longer they will last. Hand washing every 1-3 wears is recommended in order to remove oils that eventually breakdown elastic. Fill your sink with tepid water and lightly rub a mild soap into the garment. Let soak for 5-10 minutes, rinse and hang to dry. Do not machine dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softeners.

How do I care for my slip, bodysuit and knickers?

Although hand washing is always recommended for delicate fabrics, you can machine wash slips, bodysuits and knickers, in a cold, gentle cycle, using a mild detergent. Do not wash with garments that may snag, catch or pull on delicate fabrics. Do not machine dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softeners.

Do all Longline bras fit the same?

Each fabric gives each garment a different fit and feel, which is described on the detail page for each product.

Do you sell molded-cups?

All of our bras are cut and sewn by hand. Seams add structure, support and longevity to a bra. It helps to create a natural, comfortable, yet highly supportive fit.

I’m not sure of my size and would like to try on your garments. Do you have a retail location?

HOLIDAY GIFTS


I want to order a gift for the holidays. When do I need to order by to ensure arrival by December 24th?

For Canadian orders, place your order by December 18th to receive the gift by December 24th.

For orders within Toronto, place your order by December 20th to receive the gift by December 24th.

For US orders, place your order by December 18th to receive the gift by December 24th.

For International orders, place your order by December 14th to receive the gift by December 24th.

We cannot guarantee that orders placed after the deadline will arrive by December 24th.

What is your return policy for Holiday Gifts?

Please contact customercare@fortnightlingerie.com by January 8th, 2018 to request a Return Authorization Number.

Will I be charged duties and taxes when I receive my order?

Extra fees are added at your border if your package exceeds your local threshold levels for personal imports. Please be aware that every country has different customs laws, and international orders may incur local charges upon delivery. Any taxes and customs fees into any country outside of Canada are the responsibility of the receiver.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All items are reflected in both CAD and USD. Orders shipped within Canada will be charged in CAD. All orders shipped outside of Canada will be charged in USD.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns for refund only. If you would like an alternate size, place a new order for the desired size and return your original order for refund. To be approved for refund, products cannot be WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. Products must be in original packaging with all tags attached and purchased through our site. All Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number (RA) obtained by customer care within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return something I purchased online to one of your retailers?

Items purchased direct through our website must returned to us. Please follow our return instructions in order to receive your refund.

I just received a gift but it doesn’t fit, can I return it?

The gift can be retuned by following our standard return policy. Upon receipt of the returned items, a refund will be credited to the original purchaser.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Please visit our Shipping page to find out more about shipping carriers and transit times.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please send us an email at customer care as soon as possible, since orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt. If your order has already shipped, we cannot reroute packages. If you do not wish to receive your order or wish to change the size, please reach out to us to request a Return Authorization number.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that orders are shipped from the warehouse within 3 business days of the date your order was placed.
