How do I care for my Fortnight bra?
The more you wash your bras the longer they will last. Hand washing every 1-3 wears is recommended in order to remove oils that eventually breakdown elastic. Fill your sink with tepid water and lightly rub a mild soap into the garment. Let soak for 5-10 minutes, rinse and hang to dry. Do not machine dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softeners.
How do I care for my slip, bodysuit and knickers?
Although hand washing is always recommended for delicate fabrics, you can machine wash slips, bodysuits and knickers, in a cold, gentle cycle, using a mild detergent. Do not wash with garments that may snag, catch or pull on delicate fabrics. Do not machine dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softeners.

Do all Longline bras fit the same?
Each fabric gives each garment a different fit and feel, which is described on the detail page for each product.
Do you sell molded-cups?
All of our bras are cut and sewn by hand. Seams add structure, support and longevity to a bra. It helps to create a natural, comfortable, yet highly supportive fit.
Do you make custom bras?
At this time we are unable to accommodate custom-made items. If you have any questions regarding our products or size range, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My size is sold out. Can I pre-order?
If you don’t see your size, please reach out to inquire about placing a special order for the item. Pre-orders are based on fabric availability and can only be made in sizes we currently offer in our range. Timeline will be confirmed upon placing the order, but generally take up to three weeks to complete. Please email email@example.com for more information.
Do you have a retail location?
Our first boutique opened in December 2018. Come visit us at 913 Queen St West, across from Trinity Bellwoods Park in Toronto. Please visit our Contact Page for store hours.
Is an appointment required for a fitting at your retail location?
Appointments are not required, however for sensitive matters it is recommended to schedule a fitting for the comfort and privacy of all parties involved. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your fitting.
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards can be purchased, in any amount, from our retail store. Can’t make it in to purchase? Give us a call and we can set up a recipient profile and collect payment over the phone. Visit our Contact Page to get in touch.
Please note: gift cards purchased in store cannot be redeemed online.
I want to order a gift for the holidays. When do I need to order by to ensure arrival by December 24th?
Within Canada: Place your order by December 12th to receive the gift by December 24th.
Within Toronto: Place your order by December 16th to receive the gift by December 24th. For in-store pick ups, please place your order by December 18th. You will be notified by email when the order is ready for pick up.
USA & International shipments: Place your order by December 9th to receive the gift by December 24th.
We cannot guarantee that orders placed after the deadline will arrive by December 24th.
What is your return policy for Holiday Gifts?
For online orders:
Orders placed between December 1st and December 24th, 2019 are eligible for refund. Please contact email@example.com by January 7th, 2020 to request a Return Authorization Number. As always, Underwear, Bodysuits, and Swimwear (bottoms and one-pieces) are final sale.
For in-store purchases:
We will gladly accommodate an exchange or store credit until January 7th, 2020 on Bras, Slips and Sleepwear purchased between December 1st and December 24th, 2019. As always, Underwear, Bodysuits, and Swimwear (bottoms and one-pieces) are final sale.
Will I be charged duties and taxes when I receive my order?
Extra fees are added at your border if your package exceeds your local threshold levels for personal imports. Please be aware that every country has different customs laws, and international orders may incur local charges upon delivery. Any taxes and customs fees into any country outside of Canada are the responsibility of the receiver.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All items are reflected in both CAD and USD. Orders shipped within Canada will be charged in CAD. All orders shipped outside of Canada will be charged in USD.

How do I return my items?
Items purchased direct through our website must be mailed back or returned in person to the following address:

All returns must be authorized prior to sending back. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your Return Authorization Number.
I shipped my order, when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within two business days of receiving the package. You will receive an email with your receipt confirming the refund has been processed, and the funds will be returned to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please send us an email within 12 hours of placing your order to request any changes. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to reroute packages. If you wish to cancel your order but it has already been shipped, please email email@example.com to request a Return Authorization number.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that orders are shipped from our store within three business days of the date your order was placed.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
