Are you open for in-person fittings or retail shopping?

We are now offering in-person fittings by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11am and 5pm. Fittings take place in our showroom at 6-198 Walnut Avenue in Toronto, Ontario. Please Request Appointment Here and our fit expert will be in touch to schedule your visit.

I don’t see my size, will you be making it again?

Is curbside pickup available?

Curbside pickup is available at 198 Walnut Ave. Unit 6. Simply select ‘local pickup’ at checkout and we will be in touch with pick up times.

How do I find my correct bra size?

The tape measure method of bra fitting can often be inaccurate. Instead, we feel that understanding how a bra should fit and feel will give you the tools to find your perfect fit. To do this, start by putting on your favourite bra, stand in front of a mirror and read our step-by-step method of understanding how bra sizing works and what size to purchase. How do I care for my Fortnight bra?

The more you wash your bras the longer they will last. Hand washing every 1-3 wears is recommended in order to remove oils that eventually break down elastic. Fill your sink with tepid water and lightly rub a mild soap into the garment. Let soak for 5-10 minutes, rinse and hang to dry. Do not machine dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softeners.

How do I care for my slip, bodysuit and bottoms?

Although hand washing is always recommended for delicate fabrics, you can machine wash slips, bodysuits and bottoms in a cold, gentle cycle, using a mild detergent. Fully close the back clasp before washing. Do not wash with garments that may snag, catch or pull on delicate fabrics. Do not machine dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softeners.

Do all Longline bras fit the same?

Each fabric gives each garment a different fit and feel, which is described on the detail page for each product. If you have any specific questions, please email

Please note that elastic relaxes overtime, and so, if you’re used to wearing a well-worn bra, a new one in the exact same size will feel much different.

My cups are fitting great, but my band doesn’t quite work for me anymore. What can I do with this bra?

If your band size is now too big, please contact to discuss back alterations.

If your band size is now too small, you can purchase a back extender which will provide one additional back size. This can be added and removed by the customer at any time.

Do you sell molded cup bras?

All of our bras are cut and sewn by hand. Rather than molded cups, we use seams to add structure, support, and longevity to a bra. It helps to create a natural, comfortable, yet highly supportive fit.

Have a gently worn or new bra and want to donate?

Will I be charged duties and taxes when I receive my order?

Extra fees are added at your border if your package exceeds your local threshold levels for personal imports. Please be aware that every country has different customs laws, and international orders may incur local charges upon delivery. Any taxes and customs fees into any country outside of Canada are the responsibility of the receiver.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All items are reflected in both CAD and USD depending on your IP address. However, all orders will be charged in CAD. If you are located in the US, you will see the adjusted price at check out and on your Visa Bill for the Canadian conversion of your total bill.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns for refund or store credit. If you would like an alternate size, place a new order for the desired size and return your original order for refund. To be approved for refund, products cannot be WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. Products must be in original packaging with all tags attached and purchased through our site. All Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number (RA). Please email to obtain your RA within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Do you provide return labels?

When you email us to get a Return Authorization, we will also send you a return shipping label. North American Returns are a $12 flat fee, and International Returns are a $45 flat rate. This will be deducted from your refund.

I just received a gift but it doesn’t fit, can I return it?

The gift can be returned by following our standard return policy. Upon receipt of the returned items, a refund will be credited to the original purchaser.


How much is shipping within Canada?

Our flat rate shipping is $12 or free over $175.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Our flat rate shipping rates are $12 to the US (free over $175) and $60 for the rest of the world.

What carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via Fedex. Ship times range from 3-5 business days from pickup. Returns are booked through Canada Post or USPS.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please send us an email to as soon as possible, since orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt. If your order has already shipped, we cannot reroute packages. If you do not wish to receive your order or wish to change the size, please reach out to us to request a Return Authorization number.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that orders are shipped from the warehouse within 3 business days of the date your order was placed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system powered by Shopify.
