Shipping Information

To guarantee your items are delivered by December 24th please order by December 13 with Standard Shipping, or December 20 with Express Shipping.

All orders are shipped from Toronto within 3 business days of receipt. We cannot ship to any international forwarding companies or PO boxes. You will receive an email confirmation complete with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. Depending on location, orders will be shipped through FedEx or Canada Post with estimated delivery of 3-5 business days. Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes.

International Orders

For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. Orders outside of Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes. We are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels. Please note that if you are shipping a gift, the cost of the item will be included on the customs form on the outside of the package. All items ship through DHL with estimated delivery of 2-9 business days.

  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Any shipping delays or lost/damaged goods are the responsibility of the courier. We are happy to help initiate this process and are here for support.

It's important to reevaluate your bra fit every year or so. If you're uncomfortable in, fidgeting with, or adjusting your bra throughout the day, it might be time for a refit and a resize. You can book a one-on-one virtual fitting here.

Beyond priority access to new releases and restocks, our waitlist allows us to accurately prepare for demand levels prior to production. This way, we know exactly what styles, sizes, colours, and fabrics our community is looking for. This allows us to to reduce the risk of overproduction - a major contributor to the climate crisis - and focus our small production capacity on what really matters. Can't find your size in stock? Return Policy

Orders received between November 7 and December 24 2022 may be returned through January 6th 2023. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in our Return Policy are still applicable. All purchases made on or after December 25, 2022 are subject to our Standard Return Policy.

To be eligible for returns, items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, remain in original packaging with all tags attached, and be purchased through our website. Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner attached.

Please Note

  • Regular priced swim can be returned for store credit only.
  • Any underwear, swim bottoms, bodysuits, and loungewear are final sale.
  • Any items with a discount of 15% or over is considered final sale.
  • All discounted items are final sale and are not applicable for returns or refunds.
  • Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card. Credits cannot be refunded.
  • Canadian and US returns are a $12 flat rate and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • International returns are a $60 flat rate, and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • After 14 days of receiving your package, we will not accept return or exchange requests.

Begin Your Return

Please contact within 72 hours of receiving your order for an RA number. Please state your order number, styles and sizes, the reason for the return, and confirmation that the item(s) meet the return criteria above. You will be provided with return shipping instructions and a RA number.

  • Please ensure your RA number is clearly written on the box when returning the goods.
  • Returned garments must be shipped out to our studio within 5 business days of approval.

Once the product has been received and assessed, we will process the refund within 4 business days. You will receive an email notification of your refund once it is completed. Processing times depend on your bank. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used, or as a store credit.


We do not offer direct exchanges. If another size or colour is desired, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original items to us for a refund or store credit.

Pickup Policy

Purchased items not picked up within 30 days of your initial pickup notification are considered final sale. If your package has not been picked up within 12 months of your pickup notification, we will consider the goods abandoned and the items will be surrendered.

All Canadian transactions will be exclusively displayed and processed in CAD. For International customers, prices are shown in USD but will be charged in CAD at checkout per the most up-to-date currency exchange rates. Your transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
