All orders are shipped from Toronto within 3 business days of receipt. We cannot ship to any international forwarding companies or PO boxes. You will receive an email confirmation complete with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Check your spam folder if you did not receive this email in your inbox. Any shipping delays, lost/damaged goods are the responsibility of the courier. We are happy to help initiate this process and are here for support. Overnight shipping is not available.
Shipping within Canada is a $12 flat rate, with free shipping over $150. Depending on location, orders will be shipped through Fedex or Canada Post with an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days. Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes. Returns are a $12 flat rate, with free returns on orders of three or more full-priced bras.
International shipping rates are a $45 flat rate, with free shipping over $400. All items ship through DHL with an estimated delivery of 2-9 business days. International orders are subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver. For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. Orders outside of Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes. We are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels. Please note that if you are shipping a gift, the cost of the item will be included on the customs form on the outside of the package.
We are available by phone on weekdays from 1000 to 1800 EST. We are closed weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. We are not open for retail shopping or in-person fittings at this time.
Alterations and Back Adjustments are available upon request. Pricing is decided on a case-by-case basis and ranges from $15-$25.
It's important to re-evaluate your bra fit every year or so. If you're uncomfortable in, fidgeting with, or adjusting your bra throughout the day, it might be time for a re-fit and a re-size. You can book a one-on-one virtual fitting here.
To be eligible for returns, items must be un-worn, un-altered and un-washed, remain in original packaging with all tags attached, and be purchased through our website. Swim items must be returned with the hygienic liner attached. Underwear, Bodysuits and sale items are final sale.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If another size or colour is desired, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item(s) back to us for a refund.
For returns, please contact email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your order for an RA number. Please state your order number, styles and sizes, the reason for the return, and confirmation that the item(s) meet the return criteria above. You will be provided with return shipping instructions and a RA number.
Please ensure your RA number is clearly written on the box when returning the goods.
There is a $12 return fee for all returns requiring postage unless otherwise stated. This will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Once the product has been received and assessed, we will process the refund within 4 business days. You will receive an email notification of your refund once it is completed. Processing times depend on your bank. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used.
Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted.
All Canadian transactions will be exclusively displayed and processed in CAD. For International customers, prices are shown in USD but will be charged in CAD at checkout per the most up-to-date currency exchange rates. Your transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
