All orders are shipped from Toronto within 3 business days of receipt. We cannot ship to any international forwarding companies or PO boxes. You will receive an email confirmation complete with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. Depending on location, orders will be shipped through FedEx or Canada Post with estimated delivery of 3-5 business days. Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes.
For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. Orders outside of Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes. We are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels. Please note that if you are shipping a gift, the cost of the item will be included on the customs form on the outside of the package. All items ship through DHL with estimated delivery of 2-9 business days.
Any shipping delays or lost/damaged goods are the responsibility of the courier. We are happy to help initiate this process and are here for support.
We are available by phone on weekdays from 1000 to 1800 EST. We are closed weekends and Canadian statutory holidays.
It's important to reevaluate your bra fit every year or so. If you're uncomfortable in, fidgeting with, or adjusting your bra throughout the day, it might be time for a refit and a resize. You can book a one-on-one virtual fitting here.
We are not open for retail shopping or in-person fittings at this time. As we prepare to open scheduled fittings slowly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to join our waitlist to be notified.
To be eligible for returns, items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, remain in original packaging with all tags attached, and be purchased through our website. Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner attached.
Please contact email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your order for an RA number. Please state your order number, styles and sizes, the reason for the return, and confirmation that the item(s) meet the return criteria above. You will be provided with return shipping instructions and a RA number.
Once the product has been received and assessed, we will process the refund within 4 business days. You will receive an email notification of your refund once it is completed. Processing times depend on your bank. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used, or as a store credit.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If another size or colour is desired, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original items to us for a refund or store credit.

All Canadian transactions will be exclusively displayed and processed in CAD. For International customers, prices are shown in USD but will be charged in CAD at checkout per the most up-to-date currency exchange rates. Your transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
