Shipping Information


General Overview

We cannot ship to any international forwarding companies or PO boxes. All orders are shipped from Toronto. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation complete with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Check your spam folder if you did not receive this email in your inbox. We are not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages. Overnight shipping is not available.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders ship free of charge via Canada Post with an estimated delivery of 2-9 business days depending on the postal code we are shipping to. Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes.

US Orders

US orders are subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver. For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. Orders outside of Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes. We are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels. Please note that if you are shipping a gift, the cost of the item will be included on the customs form on the outside of the package.

International Orders

Returns & Terms


Customer Service

We are available by phone and email from 0900 to 1630 EDT. We are closed weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. To be eligible for returns, items must not been worn, altered or washed, remain in original packaging with all tags attached, and be purchased through our website. Underwear, Bodysuits and Sale items are final sale. Sale code orders are final sale.

Return for Refund

Contact customercare@fortnightlingerie.com within 72 hours of receiving your order for an RA number. Please state your order number, styles and sizes, the reason for return and confirmation the item(s) meet the return criteria above.

Ensure your RA number is clearly written on the box when returning the goods. Email customercare@fortnightlingerie.com with your return tracking number. COD parcels will not be accepted. Once the product has been received and approved, we will process the refund within 4 business days. You will receive an email notification of your refund once it is completed. Processing times depend on your bank. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used. Any shipping fees associated with return shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty. If another size or colour is desired, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item(s) back to us for a refund.

USA & International Returns

For USA & international returns: Ensure ‘Return Of Canadian Merchandise’ is clearly written on the box. Any duty charged to Fortnight as result of not including this notification on the box will be deducted from your refund. Underwear, Bodysuits and Sale items are final sale. Sale code orders are final sale.

Currency

Prices displayed on our site are quoted in Canadian and US dollars. Orders shipped within Canada will be charged in CAD. Orders shipped outside of Canada will be charged in USD.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
