Shipping Information


General Overview

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation complete with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Check your spam folder if you did not receive this email in your inbox.

All orders are shipped from Toronto. In-store pick up is available from our retail location at 913 Queen St West. You will receive an email notification when the order is ready to be picked up.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages. Overnight shipping is not available. We cannot ship to any international forwarding companies or PO boxes.

Canadian Orders

We ship via Canada Post Expedited, with an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days (dependant on postal code). Orders under $200 are subject to a $12 shipping fee.

Shipping is free for orders over $200.

A signature upon delivery is required, otherwise a notice card will be left stating that the item will be held at the post office for pick up. If you authorize for your package to be left at the delivery address without a signature, please leave a note in the checkout stating this. Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes.

US Orders

We ship via USPS Expedited for a $15 flat rate, with an estimated delivery of 5-10 business days. US orders are subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver. For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

We are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels. Please note that if you are shipping a gift, the cost of the item will be included on the customs form on the outside of the package. A signature is not required upon delivery, packages will be left at the delivery address.

International Orders

We ship via DHL Express for a $42 flat rate, with an estimates delivery of 5-7 business days. International orders are subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver. For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Orders outside of Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes. We are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels. We do not ship to international freight forwarding warehouses or international PO boxes.

Returns & Terms


In Store Purchases: Exchange Policy

All regular price bras, slips and sleepwear purchased in store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached in order to be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear and any item purchased on sale are final sale.

Online Purchases: Return Policy

Online purchases are eligible for a refund, providing the item has not been worn, altered or washed and remains in original packaging with all original tags attached.

Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear and sale items are final sale. Sale code orders are final sale.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the policy requirements stated above.

Please email us at customercare@fortnightlingerie.com within 72 hours of receiving your order to request an RA number. Please state your order number, styles and sizes, the reason for return and confirmation the item(s) meet the return criteria above.

You will be provided with return shipping instructions and a RA number. Packages must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your return instructions.

Once the product has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 4 business days and a refund receipt will be emailed to you. Processing times depend on your bank. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used.

COD parcels will not be accepted.

Any duty charged to Fortnight as a result of not following proper return instructions on the box will be deducted from your refund. Any shipping fees associated with return shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

If another size or colour is desired, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item(s) back to us for a refund.

Online orders can be returned to our retail store in Toronto, providing the item(s) meet the requirements listed above. The items must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt.

Currency

Prices displayed on our site are quoted in Canadian and US dollars. Orders shipped within Canada will be charged in CAD. Orders shipped outside of Canada will be charged in USD.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
